PURPOSE:

The Customer Service Administrative Assistant position provides guidance and real time resolution of all emails received for the Indianapolis based Customer Service Representatives. This position provides overall support and additional duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and distribute all incoming emails, voicemails and other correspondence sent to the shared email addresses
  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to the Customer Service Manager
  • Liaise with users to ensure deliverables are meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Assist in projects and other admin duties as requested

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience

COMPETENCIES:

  • Must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Must display professionalism and reliability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
