ONLINE BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
The online booking reservation process requires the customer to visit their selected branch in the United Arab Emirates within 4 days of placing an order to confirm details of the reserved vehicle or products.
- All prices displayed are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- The reservation deposit is valid for 4 days. In case of failure, Advance will be non-refundable.
- Vehicles or products are sold and delivered subject to CGM AUTO’s conditions of sale. Once Vehicle sold will not returned or exchanged.
- In case the reserved vehicle or product does not meet the customer’s requirements upon physical inspection, CGM AUTO agrees to refund the deposit without interest.
- the customer is requested to check the vehicle thoroughly as the company will neither take any responsibility after the deal nor will attend any claims.
- CGM AUTO process the refund within 3 to 5 working days.
PRICING
CGMAUTO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of vehicles or products purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, credit card, and those using the same billing and/or shipping address.
- CGMAUTO is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors on the Website.
- In the event of an incorrect price or information, CGM AUTO has the right to refuse or cancel orders.
- All transactions are conducted in the local currency of the market where vehicles or products are sold.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT TERMS
By accessing, browsing, and/or using the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Website is intended for use by persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
